Jana Herde

was born in 1980 in Germany and grew up in Spain. She received her degree in Fine Arts in 2004 and has experience teaching Spanish to both adults and teenagers. She speaks 5 languages. From a young age, Jana always found observing people's behavior fascinating.

Despite not completing a certification for "empowerment coaching" because she did not feel it was providing the knowledge she needed to help her clients, Jana has an innate talent for teaching and adapting the learning process to each individual person. Today, she is one of the very few coaches who specializes in fathers, parental alienation, and the reconnection of fathers with their daughters.

Through years of introspection, self-development, therapy, and extensive research, Jana has become fully aware of the complexities of fatherlessness in women. She discovered that many fathers have been alienated from their children and that there is a lack of help available for fathers who want to reconnect with their daughters after years of separation.

Jana's coaching and support strategy was initially born out of her personal experience and has since become a passion for helping fathers and fatherless daughters around the world. While not a licensed psychologist, Jana's experience and expertise make her an invaluable resource for fathers looking to reconnect with their daughters and overcome the challenges of parental alienation.

"Empowering people, helping them deal with their own blind spots so they can use what they have to get what they want, is something I always was good at. But helping fathers reconnect with their daughters, heal and break the cycle, is different. It means coaching and guiding yes, but they allow me to be part of their transformational process and positive change. That’s a true gift. "
